I made these decorated sugar cubes as Christmas gifts this year and they seem to have been a great success. I was so pleased when I went to the grocery store and found they sold brown sugar cubes! I think they really add that extra special touch to these cubes, plus they allowed me to put snowmen onto the cubes without having them blend into the background too much.
