My First Sushi
This is my very first attempt at making sushi, it wasn't nearly as difficult as people make it out to be as long as you have the right equipment (namely a sushi mat and some plastic wrap). I hope to make many more of this kind of sushi as well as other different kinds that I will be experimenting with. Perhaps I'll even try making a dessert kind of sushi!
