iPod Mini Update
Well after almost 2 weeks of wating I finally got a replacement for my broken iPod Mini. And after some testing I found that it still does not work perfectly, however it works well enough to my satisfaction. As it turns out the OS freezes at times when starting up an audiobook when you first start up the iPod Mini. That is to say that if you are listening to an audiobook, shut it off and then turn it back on and press play 3 times to resume playback it will sometimes cause the OS to freeze forcing you to reset by pressing Menu + Select at the same time until the Apple logo shows up, at which point I think you've lost your audiobook bookmark.
