The new addition...
About 2 or 3 months ago our old Lexmark laser printer crapped out on us, basically the printhead assembly went crazy and starting printing out squiggly documents instead of nice straight ones like it was supposed to. Luckily for us we purchased an extended warranty on it and it was covered, so we took it back to the store for repairs.About 3 weeks later we get a call saying our printer's ready, we brought it home only to find that they didn't fix anything. Slightly annoyed we took it back to the store and told them that it hadn't been fixed and this time left a note specifying that the printhead assembly needed to be replaced (a $200 - $300 cost), along with more of the squiggly printed paper as proof.
Four weeks went by with out a word. Finally on Friday we get a call saying that they weren't going to bother fixing the printer and that they were going to give us a new one instead! This was perfect timing considering that the toner cartridge on the other printer was just about due for a replacement.
So there you have it, the photo of our new printer, it's it beautiful? Our last one was white and didn't go with the rest of our computer stuff, and now it does; it even has pretty blue lights on it.
Ohhhh, I love your new spaceship! May I ride in it please?
I promise not to break anything!
(on purpose anyway)
