Meeting Rob Rainford
Today the Sobey's down the road had a BBQ which was hosted by the Food Network and they brought along Rob Rainford the star of License to Grill. For his show he made a simple chicken skewer recipe and answered questions from the audience as well as talked a little bit about the show as well as a bit about his personal life. Apparently he does all the cooking in the house and when he goes away for a weekend he spends a day cooking up all this food and then stores it in the fridge and/or freezer for his wife to use; crazy I tell you!
After the show I had a chance to meet with Rob, get an autograph and some tips on cooking and bbqing in general.
Here Rob was talking to me about the differences between cooking bison and beef.
We also had time for a picture which was really cool. I have to say the guy really knows his stuff when it comes to cooking but bbqing in particular.

I still say that Adam is the king of the BBQ, he might not be good ofr anything else but he does know what he is doing when it comes to burning a steak or two.

Yes but the question is, does Adam have his own TV show? I think not.
