A Post for Ed

Well my friend Ed wanted me to post something because he said 'ole Rob down there (see below) has been getting too much of my blog spotlight at the moment.

So let's see here now, what's been going on...

I've been doing some job hunting and cooking (of course). I've also been thinking about entering a few of this year's Western Fair competitions, including the cake decorating competition, though I haven't decided which category to enter yet.

I've been watching A LOT of Good Eats recently; Alton Brown is the greatest and his show is the best cooking show I've ever seen. If anyone's interested in REAL cooking, I would highly recommend that you watch his show.

Additionally I've been sending emails to friends and IM-ing, though most of the people that I used to live with don't message me back. It would appear that I'm not only audibly invisible but also textually invisible to them; must have something to do with my verbalization skills.

Asides from all of that Craig and I have been trying to tidy up the apartment which has somehow gotten extremely cluttered with stuff; most of which is unnecessary and unwanted. The heat's been turned up a bit here but it's been raining every day for a week too; usually in the afternoons when all the moisture has evaporated up into the clouds. I should mention that it's not just rain, more like torrential downpour for at least 15 minutes at a time.

Well I think that about wraps it up for today, nothing particularly interesting at the moment which is usually what I like to keep the articles in this blog to. So there you have it Ed, a blog entry, written just for you. :)

Stay happy!

Thanks Val,

You rock!

I hope life isn't getting too boring without me.

Oh Ed, I'm pretty sure my life is just fine back here at home.
