Western Fair Cake Decorating
As some of you may already know the Western Fair opened this weekend this year I decided to enter the cake decorating competition. The theme for this category was "The Fair" and I chose to do a rollercoaster theme. Here is my entry:
The cakes were judged solely on looks, so style, creativity, etc. I made the cake using a styrofoam base and decorated it with royal icing and various types of candy.
And now for the results...
Tada! 1st prize! That was fun and I hope I get a chance to do it again sometime.
